What can we try today?
Explore the interactive sample on this page without signing up. For your practice, centre or group, request early access. Individual and Group sample pilots are available by invitation and use invented patients only, with no pilot charge or automatic paid activation. Submitting a request does not create an account or activate access.
Will referrers have to use a new portal?
The Router is being built around the ways referrers already work: your existing email address, existing forms and supported direct WhatsApp conversations. Live Router connections are not available yet. The existing AKPro referral portal is a separate service; it is not a requirement for the planned Router capture flow.
How does it work for a practice group?
Central teams can work across the locations they are authorised to access, while local staff have a view scoped to their own permissions. An invitation-only Group sample pilot lets your team try both central review and local handover using invented patients. Sites, responsibilities and access are agreed during setup.
What does it cost?
The standard single-site offer is £250/month. AKPro is not VAT registered and does not charge VAT. Corporate and practice groups need a separately agreed quote. Busy referral centres need a throughput-assessed quote, even with one site. Scope and paid terms are agreed before activation; a sample pilot does not start billing.
Does AKPro make clinical decisions?
No. The Router supports referral administration: reviewing information, tracking outstanding details and organising the next step. Staff confirm changes. Diagnosis, clinical urgency, treatment decisions and professional responsibility stay with your clinical team.
When can we use it with real patients?
Real-patient use is not available yet. It requires the remaining production checks and a separately agreed rollout covering your practice, permissions, data handling and the specific connections and document workflows you need. Completing a sample pilot does not activate clinical use or billing.
